Beaches & Nightlife
Waves, water sports, colonial forts & the night the city comes alive
Morning · 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Kick off at the lively Calangute Beach — Goa's most famous stretch of sand. Spend 1–1.5 hours soaking up the energy: try parasailing or a jet ski ride for an early adrenaline hit. Then walk over to the neighbouring Baga Beach for a relaxed brunch at one of the iconic beachside shacks.
Afternoon · 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM
Head to the iconic Fort Aguada — a 17th-century Portuguese sea fort with sweeping Arabian Sea views. Spend 1–1.5 hours exploring its ramparts and lighthouse. Wind down at the quieter, more laid-back Candolim Beach for a peaceful hour by the water.
Evening · 6:00 PM – Late
As the sun drops, North Goa transforms. Head to Tito's Lane — the beating heart of Goa's nightlife — for world-class clubs, live music acts and beach bars that keep going till the early hours.
Overnight: North Goa · Dinner (veg / non-veg as per choice)
Culture & Scenic Beaches
Baroque churches, silver sands & silent disco sunsets
Morning · 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Explore Old Goa's extraordinary UNESCO World Heritage churches. Begin at the Basilica of Bom Jesus — home to the mortal remains of St. Francis Xavier and breathtaking Baroque interiors (45 mins). Then walk to the grand Sé Cathedral, one of the largest churches in Asia (45 mins). Take a leisurely stroll through the wider Old Goa heritage area.
Afternoon · 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM
Drive south to the wide, palm-fringed Colva Beach for 1.5 hours of peaceful downtime. Continue to the even quieter Benaulim Beach — one of South Goa's most serene stretches — for a relaxed 1–1.5 hours of calm sea and soft sand.
Evening · 5:30 PM – 8:00 PM
End the day at the stunning crescent-shaped Palolem Beach for one of Goa's finest sunsets. Try kayaking on the calm waters, capture the golden light, and if the timing is right, experience Palolem's famous silent disco on the beach.
Overnight: South Goa or return to North Goa · Dinner (veg / non-veg as per choice)
Waterfalls, Markets & a River Farewell
Flexible day — go big with Dudhsagar or take it slow at Anjuna
Morning · 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM
Choose your morning adventure — a dramatic waterfall deep in the jungle, or a bohemian beach market.
Main Route — Dudhsagar Falls: A 4–5 hour round trip to one of India's tallest waterfalls in the Western Ghats. Travel by jeep safari through jungle terrain, trek to the base and photograph the thundering white cascade against lush green forest. Best between June and January.
Alternative — Anjuna: Head to the bohemian Anjuna Beach (2 hrs) and browse the famous Anjuna Flea Market — a treasure trove of handicrafts, clothing, jewellery and local finds running since the 1960s hippie era.
Afternoon · 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM
Settle into a beachside shack for a long, lazy lunch — fresh seafood, cold drinks and sea breeze. Spend the rest of the afternoon relaxing or trying water sports one last time.
Evening · 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
The perfect send-off — a sunset cruise on the Mandovi River. Glide past Panaji's lit waterfront as folk musicians and classical Goan performers take the stage on deck. A beautiful farewell to Goa.
