Booking & General Terms
- Booking will be confirmed only after receipt of advance payment.
- Balance amount must be paid in full before the commencement of the trip.
- Hotels and rooms are subject to availability; similar category accommodation will be provided if required.
- Vehicle will be provided as per the itinerary and not for personal use beyond the planned schedule.
- Any personal expenses such as entry fees, pony rides, laundry, or tips are not included in the package cost.
- The company is not responsible for delays, weather conditions, or loss of personal belongings during the trip.
- Travelers must carry valid ID proof (Passport, Voter ID, or Aadhaar Card) for hotel check-in and verification.
