Day 1 · Jaipur

Royal Heritage & Forts

Make a quick stop at the iconic Hawa Mahal — the Palace of Winds — for photos of its extraordinary honeycomb facade.

Explore the opulent City Palace — home to royal apartments, museums and courtyards still used by the Jaipur royal family. Then step into Jantar Mantar, the UNESCO-listed open-air observatory with monumental astronomical instruments.

Day 2 · Jodhpur

Forts & the Blue City

Mehrangarh's might, indigo lanes & rooftop sunsets

Explore the colossal Mehrangarh Fort — one of India's largest forts — rising 400 ft above the city. Spend 2–3 hours in the world-class museum, taking in the panoramic views and, if you're feeling daring, trying the optional zipline across the ramparts.

A short walk away, visit the serene Jaswant Thada — a white marble cenotaph with intricate lattice screens, set against the fort backdrop.

Wander into the Blue City — the dense maze of indigo-painted houses beneath the fort, a photographer's paradise. Then visit the grand Umaid Bhawan Palace, one of the world's largest private residences, with its Art Deco museum wing open to visitors.

Lakes & Romance

Lakeside palaces, garden courts & golden hour on the water

Spend a leisurely 2–3 hours at the majestic City Palace of Udaipur — a stunning blend of Rajput and Mughal architecture cascading down to the lake. Wander through its galleries, courtyards and terraced gardens, then stroll the charming lanes of the old city.

Visit Saheliyon ki Bari — the tranquil Garden of the Maidens — with its fountains, marble pavilions and lotus pools. Then explore the local cafés, many perched above the lake with incredible views, perfect for a slow afternoon coffee.

The unmissable highlight — a 1-hour boat ride on the shimmering Lake Pichola, gliding past the fairy-tale Lake Palace and the Jag Mandir island. Stay on for sunset views and a romantic lakeside dinner to close the day.

Day 4 · Choose Your Adventure

Desert Dreams or Relaxed Farewell

Sand dunes & forts — or café mornings & slow goodbyes

Option A — Jaisalmer

Early train to Jaisalmer. Visit the living Jaisalmer Fort (2 hrs), then head to the Sam Sand Dunes in the afternoon for camel safari, jeep safari and epic sunset photography. End with a cultural night at a desert camp under a blanket of stars.

Option B — Relaxed Udaipur
